  Provide your order number and photos of the product to ensure it is in a donatable condition, free of stains or structural damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local non-profit or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the return shipment is received at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
